Complaint Notices Methodology for copyright owners
The following elements must be included in your claim of copyright infringement:
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person acting on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

It is expected that all users of any part of the agency system will comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if the Company has received the appropriate notification of alleged copyright infringement, it will respond promptly by removing the material claimed to be infringing or by disabling access to material that may be the subject of infringing activity if all such claims are determined by the Company to be sole and absolute. The discretion may be valid by the Company. Upon receipt of a counter-notification, the Company shall comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA.Please allow at least three business days to process a complaint or counter-notification, note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet service provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response if the complaint is not filed correctly.
Repeat violators
