Introduction
This policy is intended to implement the procedures set forth in 17 U.S.C. Section 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") for reporting alleged copyright infringement. It is ZedLirics.com's ("Company") policy to respect the legal rights of copyright owners, their agents, and agents. Users of any part of the Company's computing system must respect the legal protections provided by applicable copyright laws.

Complaint Notices Methodology for copyright owners
The following elements must be included in your claim of copyright infringement:
An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person acting on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works on a single online site are covered by a notice, that site contains a representative list of such work.

Notice and Takeout Process
It is expected that all users of any part of the agency system will comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if the Company has received the appropriate notification of alleged copyright infringement, it will respond promptly by removing the material claimed to be infringing or by disabling access to material that may be the subject of infringing activity if all such claims are determined by the Company to be sole and absolute. The discretion may be valid by the Company. Upon receipt of a counter-notification, the Company shall comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA.

Please allow at least three business days to process a complaint or counter-notification, note that emailing your complaint to other parties, such as our Internet service provider, will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response if the complaint is not filed correctly.

Repeat violators
Inappropriate circumstances, the Company may, at its discretion, terminate the approval of repeat infringers to its system or network.

Standard technical major accommodation
It is the company's policy to integrate and not interfere with the standard technical steps set forth, it is reasonable in the circumstances, that is, technical owners take technical measures to identify or protect the copyrighted works.
